Thawalama Divisional Secretariat

The Regional Literary Arts Festival was held on 27.10.2023 at the Auditorium of the Thawalama Divisional Secretariat.

Children's Walk and Children's Performance show organized by Thawalama Divisional Secretariat for World Children's Day. 

The Divisional Secretariat discussion which is held once a month in all the Divisional Secretariats in the Galle Administrative District held at our Divisional Secretariat on 03.10.2023. The Galle District Secretary and other Divisional Secretaries, Assistant Divisional Secretaries and many staff officers attached to the district a participated in this discussion.

The Thawalama Divisional Secretariat  successfully conducted “Gamin Gamata Janatha Sewaya” Mobile Service Program in Panangala, on 15th September 2023 to provide government services to the villagers residing in the Panangala North, Panangala West, Eppala and Gallandala areas.

Under the advice and guidance of Divisional Secretary Mrs. Niluka Arachchi, the 8th series of mobile service program was successfully carried out at the Panangala Sanasa Samiti Hall by the members of the rural revival committee including Grama Niladhari Officer, Economic Development Officer, Samurdhi Development Officer and Agricultural Production Research Assistant.
